BUSINESS DAYS AND WORKING HOURS

All orders are processed during our regular business operations, which run from Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding holidays). Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day. This schedule ensures consistency in how we handle and prepare shipments for timely delivery.

HANDLING AND PROCESSING TIME

Once an order is placed, it typically requires 3–4 business days of handling time before shipment. During this period, we carefully verify order details, perform quality control checks, and package items securely. Please keep in mind that orders placed during peak seasons or promotional events may require additional processing time, although we always strive to maintain our standard timeline.

TRANSIT AND DELIVERY TIME

After your order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is between 4–8 shipping days, depending on your location within the United States. Delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand. While we work closely with our shipping partners to minimize disruptions, these circumstances can occasionally extend the delivery window.

SHIPPING AREA

At this time, Vodima only ships within the United States. We do not currently support international shipping. Customers outside the U.S. may browse our catalog but will not be able to complete checkout.

SHIPPING FEE

For all domestic orders, a flat shipping fee of $7.35 applies. This fee helps cover packaging materials, carrier charges, and handling costs. By maintaining a simple, flat-rate policy, we ensure that our customers always know what to expect at checkout.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Customers can use this number to monitor the real-time status of their delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking code for updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

LATE DELIVERY AND LOST PACKAGES

While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact our support team with your order number, and we will promptly investigate.
In cases of lost packages verified by the carrier, we will either resend the order at no additional cost or issue a refund, depending on customer preference. Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct, as Vodima cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.
