ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. It should be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
We cannot accept returns for:

- Clearance or final sale items marked as “non-returnable.”

RETURN PROCESS
If you would like to return an item:

- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
REFUNDS
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, or card used during checkout).
- Refund processing time:
- PayPal: 2–5 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
- We do not issue refunds to alternate payment methods or in cash.

EXCHANGES

- If you would like to exchange an item, you must follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired product.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

NON-COMPLIANCE
Vodima reserves the right to deny a return or refund if:
- The returned product does not meet our eligibility requirements.
- The item is returned without prior authorization.
- Evidence suggests misuse, intentional damage, or fraudulent claims.
