ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We currently accept the following forms of payment:
PayPal
- You may pay securely via your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card connected to PayPal.
- PayPal also allows guest checkout with credit/debit cards for customers who do not have a PayPal account.
Stripe (Credit/Debit Card Payments)
We accept major cards through Stripe, including:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express (AMEX)
- Discover
- Diners Club
- JCB
Stripe may also support additional local payment methods depending on your country of residence.
PAYMENT SECURITY
- All payments are processed through trusted, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways (PayPal and Stripe).
- Vodima does not store or have access to your complete credit card or banking information. All sensitive data is encrypted and handled securely by our payment partners.
- To prevent fraudulent transactions, orders may be subject to verification, which can include identity confirmation or address validation. Orders flagged as high-risk may be delayed or canceled.
CURRENCY & INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT
- All orders placed on Vodima.com are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank, PayPal, or Stripe may apply additional charges such as foreign transaction fees or currency conversion fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- The final amount charged to your account may differ slightly from the displayed order total due to currency conversion rates set by your bank or payment provider.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & PROCESSING
- Your payment method will be charged at the time of order placement.
- If the transaction is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- If the payment is declined, the order will not be processed. You may need to contact your bank or payment provider for further assistance.
- For PayPal e-checks or bank transfers, your order will only be processed once the payment has cleared.
REFUNDS & REVERSAL
- Approved refunds (as per our Cancellation Policy or Refund & Return Policy) will always be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or card provider. PayPal refunds may appear sooner.
- Vodima cannot redirect refunds to a different card, account, or payment method under any circumstances.
FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS
- If your card or PayPal payment is declined, please:
- Verify that your billing information matches the details on file with your bank.
- Check with your bank to confirm available funds or card authorization.
- Try an alternative payment method.
- Vodima is not responsible for any bank charges or overdraft fees incurred due to declined transactions.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
- By placing an order, you agree not to file chargebacks without first contacting our support team at [email protected] to resolve the issue.
- Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks will be treated as fraudulent activity, and Vodima reserves the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount, including legal costs.
- Customers who engage in repeated chargebacks may have their accounts permanently banned.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate billing information is provided at checkout.
- Any order delays, cancellations, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect billing details will not be the responsibility of Vodima.
- Customers are also responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available at the time of purchase.
AGREEMENT
By completing a purchase on Vodima.com, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
- You agree to be bound by Vodima’s Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.
- You understand and accept that any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or cancellation of your order.
